Same basic result running with A-2084-01 model.
Also, I note that the arm_moveit_node-4*.log file is not created even though indicated by the error message above.

I wasn't running hebi_gazebo, so that may have been part of problem. But, after installing lxml, setting the environment variables, and running roslaunch hebi_gazebo arm_simulation.launch arm_type:=A-2085-04 and then trying to launch roslaunch hebi_cpp_api_examples arm_moveit_node.launch arm_type:=A...
