Re: Random offset of actuator X5-9
Wei, I just replied on your other post. If the jumps are always 90-deg or 45-deg increments an update to the latest actuator firmware may fix the problem. If the issue is different, there may be a mechanical problem with the encoder. Contact us a support@hebirobotics.com and we can work out the det...

Random offset of actuator X5-9
Hello, Hebi Robotics Tech Support, We are using IGOR robot. For two hip actuators with the same parameters, one can function properly but the other one works abnormally. This abnormal actuator offsets with a random angles. In the past, the offset was constant as pi/2 so we could fix it with Scope. B...

Re: Actuator changed its absolute zero angle
We are also using IGOR robot. One hip actuator (X5-9) also jumped by 90 degrees. Even though we offset the actuator as taught by Hebi Robotics Tech Support. It did work sometimes, but we needed to re-offset again and again.

Re: cannot search IGOR device using Scope
Wei, Thank you for sharing the video. If possible can you take a similar video also while grabbing a log file for all the Igor actuators in Scope? You can do this by selecting all the Igor actuators and clicking the "Start" button for Logs on Monitoring Tab in Scope. This can be done from any compu...

Re: cannot search IGOR device using Scope
Hello, If the IGOR robot has been thrashing around, falling over or running into things, there is a chance that one of the network cables has come out of one of the actuators. Because they are connected in series, if one of the cables comes undone it can cause a lot of the modules to drop out. Make...

cannot search IGOR device using Scope
Dear Hebi Tech Support, Because an inappropriate manipulation caused fierce shaking, IGOR could no longer behave normally. First, I can't use Scope to detect IGOR. Second, I can't configure actuators through Python code, so the movement of actuators is very abnormal. Third, I found a on-board LED li...

Re: How to connect IGOR through Windows
Hello Wei, The "earth" symbol means that there is no connection with the Internet, which is expected behavior if you do not have the "WAN" / Uplink port on the robot connect to a network with Internet access. Can you ping the ip address of the robot? (run "cmd" and "ping <robot-ip>") The SSH server...

How to connect IGOR through Windows
Hi, HEBI commulity members, I can connect and communicate with IGOR using Ubuntu system, but I can't do this with Windows system. The Windows system can detect IGOR wifi. But when I connect the wifi, the network icon is "earth", shown as the attached photo. https://github.com/zw199502/Igore/blob/mas...
