Problem with gravity compensation:
When I was trying to run the C++ example code of gravity compensation, the HEBI robot can not stop rotating its arm. What should I do to make this code work?

Hi! Before debugging this we'd like to verify that there are no hardware issues. Please send a log file of you running the demo to support@hebirobotics.com.

- Select the relevant devices
- Click "start log" on the monitoring tab
