Igor Onboard Computer Power Supply
How is the onboard computer on Igor powered? What is the required voltage for the onboard computer?
Re: Igor Onboard Computer Power Supply
The Intel NUC computer used in Igor is powered through a converter that takes the nominal 36V input from the provided LiGo batteries and converts it to 12V, which is the required voltage to power the NUC. This is highlights in the image below.

Hi,
Would you please confirm which Intel NUC board is being used on Igor, i.e. processor speed, memory, etc.?

Hi,
We use the latest available i3 Intel NUCs that we could get at the time. Your system most likely has a NUC8i3BEH NUC that has an Intel® Core™ i3-8109U Processor (4M Cache, up to 3.60 GHz). All of our systems we put in 8GB of ram and a 250GB Samsung SSD.
Thank you,
- Curtis
