I've used an X-seires actuator for about 4 years.
After using it a few times, the zero-position changes when the position is controlled by the program called scope.
Can you tell me the probable cause and how to fix it?

Re: Position bias
Hello bkson,
I am sorry to hear about your actuator positioning problems. However, since your actuator is older, it may be a problem with the actuator encoder. Recently we have provided firmware updates to try to mitigate these problems. In the Scope, software navigate to firmware updates and update the actuator to the newest version. If this problem persists after the firmware update, please let us know.
